I stayed here overnight to catch my flight and everything was simple and seamless. The price of the room was very reasonable and cheaper even then other junkier hotels in the area. The room was clean and spacious. To tell the truth I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only thing that I would suggest is upgrading their gym. It was nice but only had one treadmill and some dumbbells. But definitely recommend this hotel and the location is perfect 9 mins from the airport.
We stayed the night after dropping off someone at airport. This hotel is a little hidden and we had a bit of trouble finding the location. The staff was nice and there was lots of parking . The elevators are tricky and cads need to be used for them. The rooms were clean with nice view . The breakfast was good too . Loved their green juice I recommend to book this hotel directly on their webpage since booking there is a little more expensive. Would definitely stay here again .

My flight was canceled, and I had to find a hotel at the last minute. I'm glad I decided to book here. The hotel is new, the staff is very friendly, and they provide excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the restrooms are also nice. The amenities offered are great; they provide free breakfast until 10 AM, free transportation to the airport, and a gym that I was able to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone stranded at the airport or visiting Tijuana.

Super Safe! 100% RECOMMEND Kid friendly. Can’t use the elevator to go to the rooms unless you have a keycard that works. Service was wonderful. Food was okay. Beds felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, slept like a baby. It’s a little hard to find or enter into the plaza area. Overall I loved it and will stay here again. It’s a little too expensive but it’s fancy so it’s worth it.
Best comfy bed in TJ! Clean and near a food mall on foot for those tired travelers. No shuttle to and from airport is the only downer.

Excellent experience. Denny took the time to show me where to find a casa de cambio. Room and bed are very nice. Roberto Villalobos clocked in early to drive us to the airport via the hotel shuttle. Im glad I missed my flight. I’ll definitely be back.
